<li>Do I require licensing for this image?</li>
<li>In what manner am I able to use this image under the specified license agreement?</li>
<li>Does / When will the license agreement expire?</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Images Sourced by a<em> Supplier</em>… </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Has the Supplier purchased the image legally?</li>
<li>Does the Supplier have the proper license for use of this image?</li>
<li>Where did the Supplier source the image from?</li>
<li>If the image was from a standard template or image gallery, does the  Supplier have the appropriate license for images used in the reselling  process?</li>
<li>Does the Supplier have a copy of the license they can provide?</li>
</ul>
<p><em><strong>TIP: </strong>It’s  important to keep a record of your licenses and / or receipt of images  you have purchased to ensure you are protected if any discrepancies  arise. We recommend maintaining a spreadsheet of images used. </em></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are very proud of the things we have achieved, but exceptionally proud when something we do has a direct effect on something that happens to our customers. Of course when that effect means our customers are getting high profile visibility, then we just want to share this with the world.</p>
<p>This morning we received a phone call from our customer, who also happens to be an associate business that we work very closely with. They are appearing in the <strong>Times Newspaper</strong> today, an article about how smaller companies can use branding and web marketing to make them look much larger than they really are, and so attract larger clients.</p>
<p>Having asked how this came about the instant reply was &#8220;Twitter!&#8221;</p>
<p>Having delivered a <a title="Social Media Workshops and Talks" href="http://www.wsiconsultingsolutions.com/new-media/social-media-workshops/">Social Media training course</a> to them, and offered advice over the years, Twitter has proved to be very successful for them, and a conversation was started with the Times Newspaper as a direct result of their <a title="Social Media" href="http://www.wsiconsultingsolutions.com/new-media/">Social Media</a> Networking.</p>
<p>So we started to think back to other successes we have had for our clients.</p>
<p>These  included creating a website that was found by <strong>Channel 4 Television</strong>. They wanted a landscape gardener to work with them renovating the gardens of two cottages in London for their &#8220;<strong>Property Ladder</strong>&#8221; television program with <strong>Sarah Beeny</strong>, and as a direct result of  <a title="Search Engine Optimisation" href="http://www.wsiconsultingsolutions.com/website-marketing/search-engine-optimisation/">SEO</a> on a website, a contract was signed between our client and Channel 4 Television.</p>
<p>But I guess the greatest coo of all was for a client who makes and sells maps in all sorts of medium. As a direct result on a <a title="Online PR (Public Relations)" href="http://www.wsiconsultingsolutions.com/website-marketing/online-pr-public-relations/">Press Release</a> that was pushed online, a company asked our client to work with them to develop the largest (and most beautiful) Atlas ever made &#8211; Earth</p>
<p>Another press release was created and pushed out online, and it was picked up by the <strong>National Newspapers</strong>, <strong>Local Television</strong> and <strong>Local Radio</strong> too. This was followed by a call from <strong>David Bellamy</strong> who worked with our client to promote the Atlas.</p>
<p>Another Press release with more offline PR of course and eventually our client appeared on <strong>Blue Peter</strong>! It is great to know that our efforts played a part in our client receiving a <strong>Blue Peter Badge</strong>!</p>
<p>We cannot guarantee you a Blue Peter Badge, or a visit from David Bellamy or Sarah Beeny, but we can assure you of great customer service and exceptional quality work and results, giving you a real return on your investment.</p>

<p>Outstanding  achievement and business success were recognised at WSI’s regional  awards ceremony held at the company’s UK and European Excellence and  Innovation Convention. More than 150 WSI Digital Marketing Consultants  attended the awards dinner as <a href="http://www.wsidigitalmarketing.com/about-wsi.aspx">WSI</a>, the world’s #1 Internet franchise, honoured 18 franchisees with a 2011 Regional Excellence Award.</p>
<p><strong>Ron McArthur,</strong> president of WSI, said, <em>“WSI  is proud to recognise outstanding achievement displayed by our Internet  franchisee community in terms of delivering excellent digital marketing  solutions to their clients, providing exceptional customer service and  contributing to the overall success of the WSI system. Our regional  awards ceremony was a great way to convey our sincere appreciation for  members within our franchise network who have gone over and above the  call of duty during the past year”.</em></p>
<p>Among  the award categories highlighted were the Performance Awards, which  recognised WSI’s top 5 Area Representatives who achieved immense success  developing the franchisee communities in their regions. Those who  received a Performance Award were: Alberto Ferreiro (Northern Mexico),  Carlos Guzman (Southern Mexico), Gilles Dandel (France, Belgium,  Luxembourg, Martinique), Doug Schust (Eastern Canada) and Francois  Muscat (South Africa and Africa).</p>
<p>WSI  also distributed its People’s Choice Awards, which were nominated and  voted by the Internet franchisee community. These customer excellence  awards recognised those who demonstrated Outstanding Customer Experience and Satisfaction. The winners were: Chris Griffin from Surrey, UK, Miko Kershberg from Belgium and <a href="http://www.wsiconsultingsolutions.com/">Richard Williams</a> from Northamptonshire, UK.</p>
<p>Additionally,  WSI honoured those who made exceptional contributions to the WSI  franchise network with a community excellence award. The winners of  these awards were: Husam Jandal from Dubai, UAE, Francois Muscat from  South Africa, Gilles Dandel from France and David Duncan from Surrey,  UK.</p>
<p>Lastly,  WSI presented its Rising Star Awards, which were selected by the  Internet Consultant Advisory Council (ICAC) and Area Representatives.  These awards were given to those who displayed exceptional achievement  in their WSI franchise business within the first year of operation.  Those who were honoured included: Peter Bushaway from the UK, Muna Saleh  from UAE, Francois-Xavier Magnin from France, Graham Drage from the UK,  Philippe Thoniel from France and Peter Wilson, Simon Miskimmin &amp;  Michael Pearson from Ireland.</p>
